Graduate Nurse Programs
2024 welcomed a new Graduate Program to RCH that revitalised and reinvigorated what we have to offer Graduate Nurses. Our new program provides an adaptable experience that builds resilience and foundational competence over various specialties. RCH Graduate Nurse
Programs (GNP) are designed for newly graduated registered nurses to develop specific knowledge and skills required to work in a tertiary paediatric hospital. We offer 3 options for structured programs that will turn graduates into competent and confident professionals through a model of continuous learning and development in a safe and supportive environment.

Graduate Nurse Program Twilight Open Sessions
Join us in person for two twilight sessions giving those interested in our program the opportunity to have a more informal and in-depth conversations with our nursing staff about the Graduate Nurse Program. In addition, these sessions will offer guided tours of our hospital giving the opportunity to see clinical areas in which program participants will work.
